Hi, everyone. I talked to Marisol this morning and am happy to report that she sounds great -- she even told me she had a Superbowl party in her room yesterday -- LOL! As of this morning, she was still in the hospital in Ocala. Dr. Overcash kept her a few extra days because of a low blood count, but has recovered without a transfusion, and is headed home today! Please everyone try to send her a little note congratulating her on her new journey as a postop. :o)

I just talked to SOL's mom and she is out of surgery and in recovery. Obviously she is in pain, but she is awake and vocalizing the pain (which I think is a good sign.) SOL has been so patient in her surgery journey & she deserves this surgery & all the joys it brings more than anyone I know. Talking to SOL's mom made my day! SOL is an amazing woman and words can't even describe the joy I am feeling for her right now! HOORAY FOR YOU SOL!!! I can't wait until you get back to town so I can hear all about your surgery!
