Cindy congrats on your upcomping procedure...I pray that God will be with you and also with your Doc. You will have a few weeks of soreness, but it's worth the pain...

I just experienced "shock and awe" from my own family, but in a wonderful way. It isn't everyday that you find out your mother isn't going to look like what you have been used to your entire life. Mom, I really don't know what to say at this point except OH MY GOD, I AM SP PROUD OF YOU FOR HAVING THE COURAGE TO MAKE A CHANGE IN YOUR LIFE LIKE THIS. (enough caps)It is just unbelievable news, especially since I am JUST NOW hearing about it. Thank you for telling me before the surgery. I think I would have pooped a brick house if I came home and saw the change without knowing. I still might. I am so glad the Anne is there to support you through this and you support her as well. I just wished I could be there with you in the hospital. You have always been my rock whenever I was in need for anything. Whatever I can do for you during all this that hasn't already ben done by my secret keeping sister, I will. You have my undying support. God, mom I am so pround of you and love you sooo much. We have a date! After months of pre-surgical routine and procedure, her letter was sent off and approved within 10 days. She will have surgery on June 30! A liquid diet is the law of the land right now, but she is doing fantastic! Myself and friends can already see a transformation in her outlook and appearance! Yea, Mom!!!
