Best wishes on your upcoming surgery. We both wish you all the luck in the world with your recovery too. We BOTH had open rny's in 2001. Mine (Doug, aka: OLD RODEO CLOWN PANTS) was in Oct and I have lost 215 lbs. My sweet wife, Nancy, had her surgery in June and she has lost 110 lbs. We both invite you to read our profiles and hope that maybe you can get some inspiration from them, but NO PROMISES!!!! Just remember that YOU WILL SUCCEED!!!!! I'm still figuring out how to post and all... I've just been lurking for the past year. I have my date... and I now have all of my appointments for my pre-ops. :::siiiiiigh::: Three days I'll be missing work before disability starts. Oh well... it's only money! :) I am taking my son to see a taping of American Idol on 3/25 - He'll really like that!! :) (So will I!) I'm so bummed that my girl, Vanessa, got voted out last night. We should really rally around the big, beautiful, incredibly talented Kimberly Locke! A real woman - with curves! Anyway... Tomorrow is my endoscopy... bleh! But it's a step forward - so it's all good! :) I've been "auditioning" different protein shakes (canned) and then I'll try the powders... I have a nutrition class in another week or so too. Wow... I'm going to be exhausted by the time I get to THE DAY. :)
