Hey all... well I'm on the other side. And still breathing. I knew this yucky part was going to come, but somehow I didn't think it would be so yucky. I ended up with a post-surgery migraine on Wednesday. And Aunt Flo decided to come visit last night... as if there was enough room in my gut for the post-op stuff AND my uterus... ::chuckles::: ****Now that I have the pity party out of the way, everything did go really well. They were able to do it lapy... and partially fix the recurrent hernia. They think that they'll be able to fully fix it at the same time as I get a tummy tuck and having both at the same time will make it easier to get the HMO to pay. ***Well, i've been online about an hour... probably enough for 3rd day post op. Time to go drink more protien juice, water, etc,. ***Thank you to everyone who's sent prayers and well wishes. They really do mean a lot!!** Rora:**

congratulation on your upcoming surgery!!!!!!!! You will be on the losing side in no time at all. I am Praying for your surgeon to have steady hands and for his talents and skills be their best to give you your new life tool.I also pray for your recovery to be speedy and uncomplicated. My surgery is also just a few days away (April 16th)so I know how you are feeling! That nervous excitement of waiting. Time is an amazing thing I have heard over and over what a diffrence a year can make. So if things get hard remember this is a stepping stone and in no time you will be an inspiration to others a year from now. I am here for you!
