RUTHANN~~ I took a small handheld fan to the hospital. I would recommend it, especially if you tend to be hot natured. The other necessities are chapstick and slip on slippers. BEST WISHES ON YOUR WLS JOURNEY.

Hi Ruthann, God bless you on this journey...you will wake up on the other side of the hill...I hear it's beautiful over there...a few rocky first steps and then you start sliding down. I'm praying for you to have a smooth surgery, fast recovery and a blessed new life after that!
