HI, just wanted to update. I have not for a while. I went to the doctor Jan. 11, and as of 12 weeks I have lost 73 pounds. I am so excited. I have people telling me they can really notice a difference now. I hope everyone is doing well. I am still just eating my 2 ounces, 3 times a day. I am still getting full. I have not been drinking the water as I should but I will do better. Have a good day, Wendy

Hi there, how is it going? Well I am still praying for you. Hope all is well. Well I am dwon 53 pounds in 6 weeks. I do not go back to the doctor until January. I am not weighing myself until then because I do not want to use any other scales. I am doing well... except Saturday I was helping move furniture and I think I pulled something. I called the doctor and He said to wait and see if the pain goes away in a few days. I hope so, if not he said it could become hernitated (oops!spelling). Well let me know how things are going with you. Wendy

Hi, I also had surgery on the 19th. I have been praying for you and hope your new journey is going the way you wanted. How is your recovery coming along? Please let me know. I have lost 35 pounds so far. I feel real good. The doctor released me to go back to work on Monday, I can't wait, I drive a school bus and I miss the kids very much. I am also able to eat solid foods now. I hope you are doing ok. Have a great day. Wendy

Hi, I just wanted to let you know that I was home and doing very well. I have been thinking alot about you. Hope you are home and doing well also. The surgery went well, no complications. I tell you what I just today could finish my 2 oz for breakfast. WOW is this weird or what? The little amount to eat and I am extremely full. Well I will continue to think about you and pray for you. Wow, just 6 more days. Eat... eat... eat... I just found out I have to have all my tests run again before my Doc. will do my surgery. I had them done last year but he wants them current. I had to have 3 tests today, 3 scheduled for Monday and 1 on Tuesday. And to beat all, he tells me I can only have clear liquids starting Monday at Midnight. That stinks. Well I hope you have a good week. I am so excited and yet I am starting to get a little nervous. Well I will let you go. Wendy
