FIRST I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE GLORY TO GOD. HE HAS DONE AND WORKS SO MANY MERICLES FOR US. HE HAS REALLY WORKED SOME MIRCLES FOR JULIE SHE HAS LOST 77LBS AND STILL FEELING GREAT. Hello everyone I wanted to let everyone know that I am down 77 lbs I am now 297 yeee haw weighing on the dr's scale never felt better! I am starting today a workout with walking 30 min aday. Its hard to beleive I had my surgery 3 months ago and the weight is melting off my body! It hasnt been a cake walk but nothing I cant handle. Thanks for all the support and love from my Angel Pam Pate she is an awsome lady... Love ya Pam, Julie

Hi. Heres a warm fuzzy and a big hug. Give that Charles a big hug to for being there with you. And your soon to be on the losing side, where I hope to join you in the near future. Keep upi with the posts, for they do inspire those of us who need it. Plus it a boost for you. A way to see your steps from start to not the end but on your new journey. Watching for that new post.
