"My first impression of Dr Rivera was that of a very serious man!! Which if he is gonna have me under the knife he better be serious!!!! LOL :-) My impression has not changed about him! The office staff has treated me fairly, there were days they would say they'd call me back but it was a coupld of days later but they always called me back!! I love Dr Rivera's office staff Anyone planning on using Dr Rivera and his Staff should know they are very professional and conduct themselves as such. They are serious people and I love it. Dr has set limits for aftercare and I will follow it to a T cause who likes to puke? LOL I had to sign a paper stating I understood all the procedures and the unfortunate misfortune if something does happen to me. Not sure about his bedside but who cares he is a very serious man and I love him!"
