Take excellent care of yourself, get out of that bed and walk all you can to keep away the clots and to help with pain. David, , I am wishing you a safe, complication-free surgery and a quick, smooth recovery. I had my open RNY on Dec. 10, 2001 and have absolutely NO regrets other than not having done it several years sooner. I can honestly say that it is, without a doubt, the best thing I could have done for myself. God bless you as you start your healthy new life.
