I wish you all the very best on your upcoming surgery. I hope all the "surgery angels" swoop down to surround you and protect you. My husband, who is from Woodward, OK, and I both had wls in 2001. We have lost a combined total of 280 lbs. It is a wonderful feeling. If you work with this procedure it will work for you.

Cyndi, I am wishing you a safe, complication-free surgery and a smooth, quick recovery. I had my Open RNY on 12/10/01 and have absolutely NO regrets other than not having had done this several years ago. It is, without a doubt, the best thing I could have done for myself.
