Beverly had to postpone her May 21st surgery date because of problems with SouthCrest Hospital. Fortunately she found a doctor that practiced at St Francis Hospital and was able to take over and do her surgery for her on July 11th. Her lazer surgery was 5 1/2 hours and uneventful. She had some problems the last couple of days with spiking temp and excessive drainage that kept her in the hospital for a day longer. Beverly is still on cloud nine. She is so ready for her new body. Already her blood pressure is lower. Beverly is such a neat lady always has nice things to say about everyone. It has been a pleasure being Beverly's angel. I had my surgery by Dr Gorospe on Sept 18, 2002 and have lost 130 to date. Beverly was my angel. Every day when Beverly and I meet for lunch she would just beam and have something nice and encouraging to say. I am so excited for Beverly and look forward to seeing the new Bev. Beverly came home today. Was pretty tired from the trip home. Keep the email going to Beverly she really appreciates hearing from everyone. Bonnie Dobbs
