Okay, I'm off angel duty right now, I'm posting this comment as Donna's friend. I have to tell you Donna, when I asked if I could bring you anything and you said "Yes. You. Just come see me!" you brought tears to my eyes. Wild horses couldn't keep me away! I will be there around noon my friend, sleep well and glad to have you on the other side!! ANGEL UPDATE!!! Donna started off the day with her surgery being delayed almost 5 hours due to 2 separate emergencies. I FINALLY got through to her room at 7:45 pm (she had only been back to the room for about 20 minutes) and her husband Dana informed me that the surgeon was able to perform LAP surgery after all! Apparently Donna has a heart monitor hooked up to her for the night...nothing serious I am told, simply a precaution. Due to the lateness of her getting back to her room they are planning on keeping her an extra day so she won't be coming home until Friday. She was able to speak briefly to me and sounds quite tired but made me promise to update this page so everyone would know how she was doing. As Donna's angel I personally thank everyone for their prayers and good wishes, keep them coming for her speedy recovery!

7/18/01 Donna, Congratulations on your surgery today! I know you changed with Lisa, and what a great deal for both of you! I also am having surgery done by Dr Kligman, so I Know you are in good hands! God Bless you and make your recovery speedy and may all HIS blessings be with you as you go forward in your "New Life". Hello everyone! Donna went into the hospital yesterday (Monday) to have a green field filter placed in preparation for her surgery on Wednesday. It will help fight off blood clots, which she is easily suseptible to. I have not been able to get ahold of her as of yet, the phones have all been busy at the hospital, but her husband Dana sent me an email stating she was fine and ready for surgery. Please keep her in your prayers all day tomorrow. I will be going to see her the day after surgery and will post another update after I return from seeing her...God Bless you Donna, I'll be praying for you.
