Hi, I had surgery on Tuesday, 4/23/02. I'm posting from 'the other side' and can hardly believe it! All went well. I don't remember a whole lot from the first day, because of the morphine. Day 2 in hospital, ouch. Incision is sore when trying to lift myself out of bed, but the morphine and teradol helps. Then I started roxicet (spelling?) on Wednesday night and have a prescription. I definitely slept well at home last night...it just hurts to get up and out of bed...but that will become easier with time. Thanks to everyone for their well-wishes, I'll keep you all posted on my progress! Thanks again. KG :-)

K g, May angels guide the hands and hearts of everyone in charge of your care during your wls! be sure to write your specific weight goal down and the date you intend to reach it !! stay focused and never give up!!! please post your progress to your profile so we can cheer you on.. it is a great inspiration to others on their journeys!!!
