Good luck on your upcoming surgery. Soon you will be on the on the Lighter side. May you have an uneventful surgery and a quick and easy recovery. Remember to get up and walk and sip that water. You are begininng a new phase and journey and we will be with you with a pat on the back or a kick in the behind. Whatever you need.

Hi Tracy!! Good luck with your surgery and hoping you have a speedy recovery! You are young and strong, you should do great! Just remember to walk and sip, walk and sip!! I just moved to Tampa last month, trying to learn the area. Looks like they have a lot of medical resources here! I had RNY in March and I am down 170 pounds. Good luck!!

Good Luck with your surgery! My preayers and thoughts will be with you. I had my surgery in October and have lost 55 pounds and feel so much better for it. It's amazing! Best wishes- keep a positive mental attitude and you'll be fine!- Donna
