Gene, Best of wishes to you as you cross to the other side. You don't have to worry about losing the excitment for a while. You will lose weight and inches for a long time and that keeps the momentum going. When it does get more difficult is when you get closer to the goal that you set for yourself and you no longer see all of those wonderful changes occurring in a short time period. At that time you have to learn to live with yourself and find other ways to add some zest and excitment to your life. God speed. KimmieTN@goal
