Dear Rhonda, congrats on your big day tomorrow and yes, it is a big day!! You will remember tomorrow like you remember your first kiss :) Only thing I can add is, don't forget your pillow lol. See you on the other side (3 1/2weeks lap rny post op) and may you have a speedy recovery.

Sweety it is normal to have some fear. You are ending the old and starting something new. You are releasing the blankets of fat that have covered you for many years. Soon you will awake a person in you that you have only dreamed of, a more healthy, active you. This is not an easy road, but it is a good one. At the end of this road you will find your biggest supporter, the true you. Open your arms and run as fast as you can into her open arms as she welcomes you. GOD Bless you.

Rhonda, hang in girl, and as regards to that mag citrate, get it really cold and pour over ice, then just drink it down. I have had it before and it really isnt too bad as long as it is verrrrry cold. Be glad you don't have to drink 3 qts of Golytely, gag...... I hope I dont have to drink that. Be ready to run to bathroom after mag citrate, and have soft toilet tissue ready!! Good Luck!
