Hello Its me back from the deep dark hole. I can not get into the main page so I am updating here. I have made it and already 17lbs lighter. I have trouble with heartburn but I will conquer this too. Don't ask me today if I would do it again wait and ask me in a month. thanks for all the thoughts and prayers they do make one stronger love to all here on the site and I will keep those of you in mind that will be going through this too
