Congratulations Gary!! I wish you a quick surgery and a speedy recovery. I am sending all my best wishes for you to find a peace of mind knowing that you have made the right decision, be at peace with your decision and you will have better feelings after the surgery. You will have so many more things to look forward to once you are on the losing side. There are too many to list, but I know you have been reading the boards about all the amazement people have when they reclaim their youthful energy and lose the weight that they have struggled with for so long. Hi Gary! Big congratulations on your surgery date! I bet you are so excited! Just hang in there and try to be patient! Don’t worry if you are nervous, scared, excited or go through a thousand of different emotions. This is all normal, so go with the flow! Remember that we’re all family here and we’re here to give you our support, lend an ear and not judge. Congratulations on your surgery date! I have some Zen Wisdom for you - Nothing exists but momentarily...One thing flows into another...observe things as they are, let everything go as it goes. This is to put everything under control in its widest sense. --- Congratulations on your surgery date and may God keep you close to his side as you travel your new journey. You will have ups and downs. You can always turn to us, your AMOS family, we will give support, comfort and encouragement. You will find this will be the best thing you could ever have done for yourself as well as your family. I know that was true for me. Keep us posted when you reach the "other" side. I pray for a speedy and easy recovery for you. Don’t forget to update your profile at least monthly. We all like to see how we are doing!!! Make sure you take pictures.
