Hi Gary! Congrats on having your surgery! Let the weight loss begin!! I bet you feel relieved now. It's over and now you are on the other side and can join the ranks of the losers. Welcome, my friend!!! Happy RE-Birthday to you! From this day forward you life will change forever. Just try to take it easy and remember to sip, walk, deep breathe and cough. Take those pain pills and splint the tummy! These first few days are rough, but I assure you they get better with each passing day. Some days those emotions will resurface and try to get the best of you, but just remember what you’ve been through to get this far! I’m sure you’ll be proud of what you’ve accomplished so far. You know you can always come here and get a dose of confidence and good will! We will still be here to support you and cheer you on as the pounds come off! I just wanted you to know that I was thinking about you today and that you are in my thoughts and prayers for an uncomplicated, swift recovery. You are an official loser!! gary i can only imagine how you must be feeling as your wls day approaches. keep busy try not to think about it. funny how we can get our selves worked up even though we know our lives are going to be much better.i guess it's fear of the unknown.i want you to know that you are on my mind and in my prayers for a uneventful surgery and a speedy recovery. i pray your life after wls is all you ever dreamed it to be and more.good luck gary and god bless.
