Hello Crystal - <b>Congratulations</b> on your upcoming surgery. My prayers and best wishes are with you as you take the first steps down the path to a healthier and thinner you. I look forward to making that same journey soon and will be anxiously awaiting the "updates" to your profile as it progresses. Know that you are not alone and that there are MANY of us that will have you in our prayers on your very special day. Dont forget to walk, walk, WALK right after surgery, no matter how tired you are......AND drink that protein, lots and lots of it. Crystal - February will be here bnefore you know it! I am so happy for you. This surgery works, but it is a tool. Losing weight will allow you to exercise more and you'll do great. (I am a post-op, I have lost 154 lbs in one year!)

I know she is probably tired of all the post I am making to her surgery page, LOL I am like a bill collector that wont go away. But, when I get ready to print out her card and take it to her in the hospital I want it full of good wishes. Please everyone take time to drop by and say hello to Crystal she is a wonderful sweet girl who is having to wait till Feb 2003 to have her surgery and she is being a real trooper about it but I know how it is to have to wait. So if I could get you all to help me fill up her page with support and let her know she is not alone and we are all rooting for her. I will send this out periodically because I know the post page gets filled up quick and some may miss it if I don't keep putting in there so all the ones who have already posted to Crystal's surgery page thanks so much and just over look this while I try to get it ready for surgery time.
