Hi Beth, I've been using a CPAP for 4 years now. It took forever to get used to it, but I finally figured it out. It only works if I sleep on my left side (and don't move!) and I keep my hand lightly on the end so that it stays snug without putting pressure on my face. Also - definately use the small spacer on your nose - otherwise you get a mark that takes forever to go away. Good luck, hang in there, it will get easier.
