My name is Martha. I'm married and I have 2 boys of my own, 1 boy and 2 girls that are my step kiddos. I'm 33 y/o and 270 lbs. I am thinking about GB or LapBand, but being a nurse - I'm sooooooo scared. I have see serious complications and great gains made by having GB. I'm not sure what MY outcome will be, so I'm scared.
