I found this one to be too sweet. I just didnt like the flavor.

I have used this as a preop and loved it. Hopefully will still like it post op.

I drink 2 scoops of this every single morning for breakfast. It packs 46g of protein in that shake. It is light and not overly sweet. Try a sample before you buy the big can. The customer service at bariatric eating is great too!

I love this stuff, is thin like a juice. I mix it with the orange crystal light. It has only 90 calories and 23 grams of protein.

Reminded me of Tang. I just mixed with water.

I have it in my coffee every morning, and at least one more when I get hungry, mid-morning or md-afternoon. Without that, I don't feel I get enough protein, and the rate my hair falls out reflects that.

The twisted cherry has a good taste. Roadside lemonade is ok but not as good.

I use this with my decaf coffee and sugar free french vanilla creamer and add it to pudding and all shakes. Blends nice and smooth.
