The bottled drink tastes better - the tub that you mix yourself is cheaper, but not as good. If you mix it with low calorie/low sugar cranberry juice it tastes better.

after my surgury i had to get in at least 60g of protein a day, sorry but i just could not go it, i bought many of the proteins from on line to walmart could not drink any of them, finely after 2 months i new i had to keep looking so i bought the natures best perfect zero carb isopure at www.naturesbest.com in the 3lb. creamy vailla after it came in i mix it with water like it said, will it was ok but still not that great , so i desided to try it with 2% milk and NOW I CAN STAND TO DRINK IT DAYLY TO GET IN MY 60g so to anyone out there haveing a hard time with this, try this one and see if it help's, i don't care for protein drinks at all but in all that i've tryed this one's the best . one glass day and your done,

I seem to handle this product the best out of all the protein powders I've tried thus far. For two scoops: 210 cals, 1g Fat, 0.5 Sat Fat, 0 Trans, 5mg Cholesterol, 320 Sodium, 750 Potassium, 0 carbs, 50g of protein. I just use one scoop and it tastes just as good and of course makes it last longer. I'm still getting 25 grams of protein, too. This also has a lot vitamins!

These are the only protein suppliments I can get down. There are 40 grams of protein in a 20 oz bottle. There are several flavors. I haven't tried them all but the ones I've tried taste good. They are similar to watered down Kool-aid. So what I did was put a packet of Crystal Light to go that matched the flavor I was drinking. Makes it alittle bit stronger of a flavor.
