This product has been a God-send as I'm having trouble eating regular foods right now (5 days post-op). All flavours are palatible, but the Chocolate and Banana Creme seem to be the best.

Excellent taste. Each can is 6.4 ozs with 20 grams of protein. ONly 100 calories, 2 grams fat, no sugar and only 1 carb. Comes in Vanilla, Chocolate and new flavors of Banana Cream and Lemon. Couldn't live without it!
