I have only used it for a week now and will finish the bottle but don't know that I would buy it again. I don't notice any difference in my nails or hair yet. These capsules will have to be broken and mixed with applesauce or something Post and I doubt they will taste good.

The pills are pretty large. I don't think I'll use them post op.

I've been using this product for over two months. After about three weeks I noticed a HUGE jump in my energy levels. Easy to use and tastier than a sublingual. Very convenient.

I love the flavor of it especially the chocolate. It has a kind of milk chocolate taste to it. I've lost quiet a bit of weight on it too. For the price it's a great value!!!

I have just started on this after my doctor told me that the One-A-Day Essentials were not enough and that I am anemic. In just a few days, I can already tell a big difference in the way I feel. However, they are nasty! The taste and smell are awful. I would like to know who put "great tasting" on the bottle! I don't think that they tasted them. Unfortuneatly, I will have to take these for a short while, that is, if I can get them down.

The unflavored is the BEST! I mix a couple scoops in a pitcher of Crystal Lite, a scoop in pudding mixes, all kinds of stuff!

Chocolate is the best, the rest suck. I have to water it down by adding ice because it's so thick, but it takes an hour or better to drink it all. The 50 grams is great for a 16 oz drink! I use it 2-3 times a week to keep my protein up.

The chocolate is really good. Would highly recommend it. Excellent product!

Depending on if you can get it on sale, its a great protein alternative when youre having problems drinking powdered protein. The liquid is punch flavored and can be mixed with juice or water. 20 grams of protein per 3 tbs.
