This is a great way to get 20 grams of protein in just 2 scoops and 6 oz. of water or milk. Easily mixes with spoon, blender or shaker cup. Tastes great with water and fat-free milk with a couple of ice cubes makes it thick like a milk shake. Yummy and a great value!!!

This is the ONLY protein shake I've been able to drink. I like chocolate fudge best then strawberry.

I have been using the ready to drink EAS Advant Edge shakes everyday first thing in the morning abd a second later in the day. They have worked great for me! The french vanilla is the best flavor but the strawberry cream is not bad.

I did not like this at all and would not purchase it again.

I've had problems with a stricture, so drinking this every day has helped me keep my protein intake where it's supposed to be.
