One bite and right in the trash. Fake blueberry smell and nasty sweet. GAG!

CHOCOLATE FLAVOR MIX 1 SCOOP WITH 8 OZ OF SKIM MILK ADD 1 SWEET AND LOW PACKET AND 1/4 BANANA AND 1 ICE CUBE THEN PUT IN A BLENDER. IT MAKES A GREAT SHAKE.

Holy cow. Only the most disgusting thing I've ever put in my mouth, no exaggeration. One bite, and into the garbage. The texture was okay, but the cheesecake taste was absent, and the weird metallic-chemical taste covered up the lemon. While the Cookies & Cream bars are good, I regret wasting my money on this awful flavor.

This is quite possibly the worst thing I've ever tastes in my life. I couldn't even finish chewing a small bite. Had to spit it out.

I tried the Vanilla, blended with a banana in water, and it was excellent.

I tried the Strawberry and vanilla, The Strawberry I forced 3 of them down but the vanilla was thrown away before I got the 1st one finished

The chocolate chip brownie is the best. The chocolate peanut butter would be the second best.

I was looking for the Atkins fudge shake, and saw another pre-op there, and she recommended this to me. I bought 8. Came home and tried it and it pretty much sucked. However I let it get a little colder and it is definitely better. I think I will try it with some ice and a lil bit of Splenda next time. It's not so bad, and the nutritional value is pretty good.

This doesnt have a funny aftertaste like some of the protein drinks Ive tried. Its a lot less expensive than the Atkins shakes! Tastes really good!
