I bought the Cookies and Cream Bar. It has a very good taste, but it is very very chewy so you have to be careful that you don't take too big of a bite and that you chew, chew, chew!

Price is for 4 cans...you can catch it on sale all the time

Dissolves well.. don't mix with hot liquid.. tastes just as good as the GNC Whey Protein but is cheaper and has 3 more grams of protein

This is THE best RTD protein I've tried so far. I liked the Achiev One Mocha Java, but I think the EAS is FAR better!

this was so nasty to me-lacks flavor wish I could down it right away so can get the protein (but of course thats not possible)

I have used these ready made shakes even before the surgery and i like them very much!!!!Been my personal favorite and i like the convenience of a ready made... IM LAZY

I like the chocalate lovers pack. The flavors are Chocolate Fudge, Chocolate Mint, Chocolate Peanut Butter and Chocolate Truffle. You get five of each and they are filling. They also have 25 grams of protein.

I like the French Vanilla and Chocolate Fudge. They each have 15 grams protein, 100 calories and o sugars. Excellant for post-op. Also only 11ozs.

I eat t his with Blue Bunny Carb Rite vanilla or raspberry Yogurt. Because it contains soy, it works great with yogurt. I don't know how it tastes with milk or water. With yogurt the mixture tastes somewhat like cake batter.
