I try to get all my protein from food. I also have such a sweet tooth. I find this satisfies both. Great taste, no after taste is left in mouth and it's so sweet to me, I feel I cheated. Love this flavor the best.

I was disappointed by the taste of this , after all the hoopla i'd read . It had a very protein after taste . I didn't care for it at all .

This is not a nutritional bombshell of a product. Almost half its calories come from fat. But it's 15 grams of highly absorbable protein, and IT'S DELICIOUS! The texture is like those old fashioned waffle-wafer and cream cookies. It's super light, has a nice crunch, really a dramatic departure from the typical light-as-mud protein supplement bar. I'm sure I'll be glad to have it in my options arsenal when I'm trying to get in 100 grams of taste- and belly-tolerable protein every day.
Thus far I've only tried the French Vanilla Creme flavor. I look forward to taste testing the others :-).
