Product I've used is Protidiet Tropical Fruite Drink Liquid Concentrate. It's great since it's liquid there are no lumps. There is no aftertaste and gives me the protein and water I need as I use it.

Just add ice cold water, shake, and drink. Bottle has 15 g. protein, 70 calories, and 1 g. sugar. Easy to get in all your protein with these drinks

So, my Dr. office sells many products and I tried these protein drinks cause I didn't like any of the ones in the stores. These are consentrate packets that are a gel you put in to like 8-10 oz of water and they are soooooo good! I really am happy that I found these. It will make recovery so much better!

The hot cocoa, and the mushroom soup are awesome. The tomato soup takes a little getting used to but each has 15 gms of protein per 8oz serving.

This drink is pretty darn good. I have a cup in the morning and its 15 gms of protein per 8oz. I sometimes add sugar free cappacino flavoring to boost the taste a little.

Without having to shop at a time I didn't want to have to shop, being able to buy high-quality good tasting (for the most part) products directly from my surgeon was convenient and affordable. It was nice to have that available. It got me through pre-op and into the post-op period comfortably.
