The surgeon prescribed these shakes for 2 weeks prior to surgery. The WLS program at Sanford health has you meet with a nutritionist who has samples of all of these products (the shakes, chewable vitamins). Prior to tasting the shakes I would have leaned towards the Chocolate and the Strawberry. I find vanilla, well too vanilla. Fake banana taste has to be the worst in the world. After tasting, the vanilla and the banana were the most pleasant. Now that I am home with them and they are my diet, I am really quite pleased. They taste like a treat, they are a bit thick like a real milk shake would be. They keep me full and satisfied.

I tried all three of the samples they sent and at first they were great, then came the sulfur burps. I highly advise against this iron or at least try before you buy. Good luck!

I have only had the Chocolate powder, but there are other flavors. Taste good when you add a banana or peanut butter to the mix. It is pricy, but my health is worth it....isnt it?

I do not know why but these vitamins gave me sores in my mouth, and when ever i tried them they will burn my mouth :(

I have been trying different chewable vitamins before surgery to see what they are like and this was the best tasting calcium that I found.

Bariactic Advantage Shakes are pretty tastey. I love the Strawberry and Vanilla. They have a tendency to be a little thick after blending or shaking them, but adding ice to them makes them more like a milkshake.

Raspberry Calcium citrate are awesome, tastes like chewy type starburst. lemon calcium citrate taste ok but have very gritty texture. raspberry is much tastier!!!

I could not handle the taste. It is so bad I thought I would throw up everytime. It's a large pill that fills up your stomach. Honestly, if your going with a chewable these are what's out there. I decided to go with the more taffy like one's even though still not great 10X better taste.

The manufacturer recently reformulated the product to eliminate the grittiness, and the new formula is wonderful. I use this as my small treat each day!! I highly recommend this product.

Each container last me a month. I've tried all kinds of stuff and nothing taste as good as this one!
