Love these vitamins. I buy the capsule form and they are specially made to dissolve quickly for bariatric patients. I have compared the ingredients in these vitamins with lots of others and you can't beat these. They have changed the formula for their vitamins...I have had my first poor labs after being on them for 6 months...I know company's can't make a vitamin for everyone so I recommend you try different company's and work with your surgeon as to what he/she might want you to take...I think the value is a little expensive if your having to take 12 of their vitamins a day...There are other brands out their with the same quality and much cheaper...
