Proteinex 18 Liquid by Llorens Pharmaceuticals - Liquid Protein

I cannot do the protein shakes and Cheramino is disgusting. This product is tolerable and does not make me gag. I take a sip of water after each spoonful and I am fine. A 16 oz bottle does not go a long way, especially if you do 60 grams of protein a day.

This tased like the worst cough medicine I have ever tasted. I guess if I was on a trip and unable to ensure that I could get my protein in, I might possibly consider it's use. I prefer the supplements mixed wth water.

The taste is awful, but I take it like cough syrup 3 x's a day, and know I've gotten my protein in. I use sf drinks as a chaser. I also do protein drinks , sometimes as a meal.
