I have tried so many protien shakes and they were all nasty, I am so grateful a friend told me about this product. I cut the serving in half 1 scoop powder, a dash or 2 of swiss miss sugar free hot choc. 6 slices of banana, 6oz. ice cold water....blend and pour over some ice....its really good. I have it in place of breakfast and even at half a serving it has 25 grams of protien and a little over 100 calories and only 1.5 carbs. You can get it at GNC but its cheaper on line, the shipping is the same no matter how many you get,even if you order 10 jugs its sdtill only 5.95 for the whole order. They also have a 7.5lbs jug for like 65.00. I LOVE IT!

Best if mixed with skim milk. Just make sure you shake it up good. I put it in a container that holds 24 oz and shake it in that.

Tastes like chocolate milk and mixes easily w/ a spoon. Isn't chalky or too thick which makes it a pleasant change for me.

I purchased a box that had a variety of flavors in it. I tried the chocolate, orange and chocolate peanut butter. They were horrible. I couldn't swallow it. My chocolate lab, however, loved it and has a very shiny coat now!

At GNC.. reg price 49.99 but i have the gold card and get 20% off the first 7 days of the month.. I have found if ya heat the water for 30seconds.. just warm.. you can almost pretend that its hot coco..and its the only one i have found that i can stand as of yet.. but i did order samples from vitalady.. waiting on them..

Mixes thinly, no chalky texture. Best "chocolate" taste yet. Mixing with cold bottled water reduces "foam"!

IMO, this is one of the better chocolate flavored protien drinks out there. I added just a little s/f instant pudding powder, and it was *almost* enjoyable. As an added bonus, it really does smell almost like chocolate.
