High Protein Rich Chocolate 8 oz, (Pack of 24) by Boost-a-blast - Liquid Meal

I take these to work. Easy to carry and the chocolate is good. I know I have nourished the 'ol bod when I have finished.

The strawberry is the best to me - tastes like strawberry milk. I substitute this for breakfast and it gets in alot of protein and gives you energy also. I can't get through my day without it anymore! I feel sluggish without my Boost!

I found High Protien Boost has 15g of protien compared to Ensure's 12g. The second ingredient is sugar followed by corn syrup solids, oil etc... Read the lable on this.

Chill, Shake up, and pour into cup and drink. Pretty good....better than Slim Fast!

Made me dump for 2 days - won't try this again!

I didn't care much for this. Definite chemical aftertaste. I only drank one can of the four pack. Gave the rest away.

BOOST IS THE NASTIEST TASTING STUFF CREATED IN HELL. NO ONE SHOULD EVER HAVE TO GAG THAT STUFF DOWN. I HAD TO HOLD MY NOSE SWALLOW AND NOT BREATH OF AT LEAST 30 SECONDS AFTER THE GULP TO KEEP FROM GETTING ILL. THEY SAY IT IS HI-PROTEIN BUT JUST BARELY MORE THAN THEIR REGULAR PRODUCT. I WOULD RATHER DRINK BABY FORMULA. YUCKKKKKKKK.

Tolerated well....add lots of ice!

the taste is just about the same to me as Slim Fast. It is ok, nothing to really write home about. I guess that it will taste pretty darn good when I am post op.
