Dr. Sawka has been my PCP since Oct. 2001. My first visit with him I asked to be referred for the surgery, and he didn't have a moments hesitation in giving me a referral. He explained to me that he had never had a patient approved for the surgery and he had referred about 5 of them. He said he would help in the process regardless and wished me luck.
