I have been with Dr Tijunelis since 2004. No surgeons in Lake County would touch my obesity related painful skin disorder. I was a forlorn case till I met him.

Dr Tijunelis exuded with confidence that he can address my issues. He delivered his promises and surpassed my high expectations. My primary doctor marveled at his "magic hands" and so did I. His impeccable workmanship has uplifted my chronic suffering by curing my disorder. I am forever grateful to him and so fortunate to have someone help me out with my obesity related disorders.

He's a very good listener, pleasant, patient (I can be VERY stubborn), accommodating, conscientious, supportive and superlatively skilled. He graduated with honors, has tons of certifications and is very experienced. I was so reassured and impressed with his credentials.

I continue to see him for my needs and would heartily recommend him in a heartbeat. His wonderful office assistant is so efficient, very pleasing and hard working. I didn't have insurance issues since I did my due diligence.

I am currently working w/Dr. Tijunelis's office. The only downfall that I can see is that his office doesn't work real hard to get your surgury approved with your insurance company. It just seems to me like they'd like for you to do all the leg work and that's it. I'm scheduled to get a lift done; all the other procedures have been turned down by my current insurance company United Healthcare; as per the Doctor's office representative; they are approving all procedures and don't consider these items to be cosmetic.

1/3/05 I had the breast reduction completed in Nov. 04' - they look wonderful. I am currently looking for a physician who will work harder to get the rest of my procedures approved through my insurance carrier, United Healthcare Choice.

I also was not happy when I rec'd the bill for the doctors assistant whom I had no idea was going to bill me for being in the operating room. This assistant was not in my network, and Dr. T never mentioned ANYTHING about this doctor billing me for being in attendance.

Dr Tijunelis did a fabulous job with helping me remove the excess skin and return my body shape back to a normal person. I had a tummy tuck, thigh lifts, upper arms, and breast augmentation in 2002/2003. This was done with three major surgeries, of which two were outpatient. Dr T is a great listener and took the time to explain everything along the way. He was very supportive and was there when I needed him. I had a few minor issues along the way, but he helped me through them and was very patient with me and all my questions.
I would highly recommend Dr T. If I were to start over, I would use him again.
