I was kept for 4 days in the day surgery area - not really intended for stays longer than a day. As such it was crowded, noisy and not as good as a private or semi-private room. However most of the staff were very accomodating & helpful. My bed while large enough for me, was very uncomfortable. The one bathroom was shared by approximately 10 patients & at times that proved trying.

The hospital is under construction and very frustrating, NO parking and also being in Surgical Day care ward, I was not permitted to have visitors except 3-8 which was hard for some family members.

was disturbed about cleanliness issues. I was surrounded by rooms that had islotion patients and the halls were filled with stuff. Bins of masks, gloves, gowns from those rooms. Also they had NO FOOd for me. When they finally figured out that I was on a clear liquid diet they sent me regular coffee and apple juice they didn't have a clue
