Overall the hospital was excellent. The staff responded average. Wish their had been more nurse aid for the small things. combing my hair, stright the covers on bed, etc.

i WILL USE THIS HOSPITAL AGAIN FOR ANY OF MY FAMILY NEEDS. THEY HAVE OUTSTANDING STAFF. EVERYONE WAS SO HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. THEY MADE ME FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE AND WERE SO VERY NICE.

I thankfully had a great experience with this hospital and was very satisfied with the staff and their help through this time of need.

The nursing staff and aides were very attentive, and very professional. Security to the floor is controlled so visitors must have a pass. No children under 14 are allowed on surgical floor. Physical therapy came up regularly to walk with me. I'm a light sleeper so when the nurses checked vitals every 2 hours I woke up. No big deal though. They needed to do their job. Hall noise was almost non-existant. The nurses aide was extremely helpful. She helped get me out of bed and bathe me. I never had an aide offer as much assistance as she even through the birth of my 2 children at large Houston hospitals.

I had a 5 day stay and not once did I have a full night of rest. Housekeeping chose to come in and empty trash cans at 430 or 5 a.m.......generally it was good care there.

I can't say enough about the careing staff. They are the best.

Has extremes of care from fabulous nurse in admitting who visited me twice afterwards and gave me a foot massage. To " Mike. the respitory therast from hell" who never showed up for any of my asthma breathing treatments and I eventually had to call the admin. Super. to get one after 12 hrs. of begging every nurse, doctor, on every shift. I suffered horribly because of htis guy. The supervisor gave me the treatment himself. He said Mike was over worked and had 3 codes that day." So what? They couldn't have got someone else? I am glad I am home.

The only part I didn't like was that I couldn't see my whole family at once. I have two kids and my wife and only two people could come up at once.
