It was pretty good. Staff morale was low. Lots of management changes and lay-offs.

I think SRMC was great! The staff there is what makes it awesome. The bariatric nurses there were fabulous! They truly care and are well trained. I would recommend this hospital to anyone.

Like any hospital, it's a miracle if you get more than 20 minutes of sleep at any given time. I would've appreciated if the lab tech hadn't popped in at 3.20AM to do a blood draw and the respiratory tech/nurse More...
