The staff was very friendly and I felt positive about the whole thing.

I found the staff to be caring, nurturing and very supportive. They wanted me to do well and provided me with all that I needed while I was there to have a successful stay. The nurses actually cared and were very kind to me and to my family and visitors.

I have been to all the others and never have I been so well treated and cared for as I did at Prattville Baptist. Even though it is a small hospital - they treat you like you are a 5 star hotel. I just had the greatest experience. Would I go to Prattville Baptist again, you bet your sweet tootsie roll I would. Even though Prattville Baptist is a little further from my home than the other six hospitals - this will be my new place of care. Every one was so professional, so friendly, so caring. (Special thanks to Cassandra, Lisa Anne, Tommy, Janet, Kimberly and especially Caroline!) These folks were the best of the best!!!!!! But don't think they were the only ones - every one was great!

I am very pleased to have had my surgery at Prattville Baptist. I like the "smallness" of the hospital, it gives more of a family feeling yet very professional at the same time.

The hospital was very clean. which is a plus it was cleaned daily.All the staff was wonderful I could not have asked for better nurses or Doctors. Dr Mora is the best Surgeon and very caring.

My only problem was my IV infiltrated with potassium running. I told the nurse but she just though it was hurting because of the medication. She retaped it but the pain was unbearable. I called the desk and told them either they could take it out or I would if they would bring me some tape and some 2x2's. Mean while I had the line pinched off and the pump was beeping. A nice male nurse came in and dc'd the IV and restarted it in the other arm. I had student nurses come in to do sterile dressing changes and they did a good job. If I needed to go in the hospital again I certainly would hope that it could be this one.

Clean friendly environment. Everyone on staff is concerned about the patient,whether it is the person bringing your food tray or the person cleaning your room.

The hospital was very clean and was cleaned daily. The staff very professional and caring. The Respiratory Dept was exceptional. Cindy, Vince, and the student nurses were tops. Dr. Mora and Dr. Mendez are so professional yet personal. Good experience for a hospital stay, for me.

I loved it. I am telling you, my nurse went from changing out my IV's and things to being so compassionate when I got a little freaked out about what I had just done.
