Will never go there again. The nurse I had, could not get it through her head what I had , had done to my stomach. She was rude, hurt me and was insensitive!

The hospital is full of wonderful nurses and doctors who care a great deal about their patients. I definitely feel this way. However, the hospital does not necessarily cater to the overweight population. There was a weight limit of 300 pounds on the toilet, so they had to bring in a different thing to put over the toilet, which raised it too high for me to be able to cleanse myself. This was very humiliating. The only other thing I would say is that they really need to get their stuff together for after surgery. I was in recovery for over 24 hours and did not have a pain pump because "they don't do that" in recovery. They need to figure something out so that a person just out of surgery isn't suffering in recovery just because there's not an ICU bed available for them. That was intolerable. But I don't want that situation to reflect on the nurses and doctors who took care of me once I was found a room. They took care of my pain there, and they were awesome!
