First impression was that he was a no nonsense type of guy - which I liked
Nothing has changed over time other than if you want an official letter for anything (eg sick leave etc) you have to hound them to get it
The office staff were okay, noting special
Least liked - have to hound them to get a letter - a bit of a pain (I asked them 4 times and will personally go and pick it up)
Aftercare advice is good
Risks were addressed well and there is plenty of opportunity to ask questions
Rating is good (will update further after surgery)
Will keep you posted for the last one
