From start to finish, this has been a First Class experience. The support provided prior to and after my surgery was professional and informative. I made the decision to go on my own, and yet I never felt alone. Dr. Alvarez, his team of physicians and all of the support and clinical staff at Endobariatrics provided exceptional care. I am a registered nurse myself and did over a year of research prior to my surgery. The care provided was lightyears above any care I have received in a US based hospital. I am over half way to my goal weight, I am off my blood pressure meds as well as Metformin that I was taking for pre-diabetes. I feel great. I know that Dr. Alvarez added years back to my life and am forever grateful.

From the start everything was great. Information given before surgery. The Dr. took the time to go over questions and doubts I had. The hospital and the staff were excellent.

It is not an easy decision to have weight loss surgery. It is not easy to decide to leave my country to have this done. I thank my husband for his support and love while I looked at all my options.
From the time I contacted Dr Alvarez for info , I have had ready access to info and support. Rosie was my coordinator and she answered all my thousand questions and concerns. When I arrived at Endobariatric, until the moment I left, all the care was excellent. I am 3 months post surgery and I do not regret this surgery one bit. I see this as a life saving measure. I am 65 yrs old. My total weight loss this year 70+ lbs, 31 lbs since surgery. My weight loss is not fast but it is steady and I have the confidence that I will be a normal weight person within a year.
Dr Alvarez is a leader in his field. The directions they give you post op are proven to help you be successful. I highly recommend Dr Alvarez and his excellent staff.

Words can't express how happy I am that I chose Dr. Alvarez! My surgery went smoothly, no complications at all. In fact I was back at work after only one week after my surgery. His stuff was so kind and helpful which made it a lot easier for my nerves and my husband because he had his doubts too.
