My first impression of Dr. Hart was he was very nice. He seem confident what he knew what he was doing. I like the fact that you get an appointment to see him for your consultation. Instead of having to go to a group seminar and then having to call to make an appointment. At your first consulation you have a small group that he does a short information session for then you see him individually. I've only seen him once so my impression hasn't changed yet....lol His office staff has always been wonderful especially Mildred. She has been great this whole time. When we went into our group seminar there was just 3 of us in there he advised of the risks associated with each surgery. I haven't had surgery yet so once I have surgery I will come back to update.
Dr Hart is a quiet man but will take the time to answer any questions that you have....he is also a wondefully skilled surgeon....his staff is wonderful...although they have many patients not once have I ever felt rushed or that they were unconcerned about me.....I would highly recommend Dr Hart to anyone wanting to have this surgery....my only regert is that I didn't do this sooner....
I was VERY impressed with Dr. Hart. He and his staff prepared me well. I knew what to expect. Very organized, very helpful. It was a great experience.
Dr. Hart is wonderful. When I first met him he seemed alittle quiet and shy but very knowledgable about his field of work. He always has a smile on his face. His staff is the best around especially Mildred and Rachel. I would recommend him to anyone. He really was great.
Well, switched from Dr. Duncan to Dr. Hart. Smaller practice, a one-on-one appointment with Dr. Hart at my first meeting. He had no qualms at doing the LapBand as opposed to the bypass, said I would be an ideal candidate because I am a lightweight who is a volume eater...We'll see!
I was very pleased the first time I met Dr. Hart. He answered all of my questions and helped to ease the fears that I had concerning the surgery. His staff is FANTASTIC! They handled everything and I didn't to stress over the insurance or pre-op stuff. I would highly recommend Dr.Hart and his office. rnrnI do have to give a quick shout out to Rachel for answering all of my questions about my eating. She is a very important part of their office.
Dr. Hart and his office staff are absolutely wonderful! I am so happy that I made the decision to use Dr. Hart for my surgery.
Dr. Hart is a wonderful surgeon and I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about him and his staff! He has given me a new life!
I LIKED WHAT DR.HART IN THE TIME THAT I HAVE SPOKE WITH HIM. I LOVED HIS OFFICE. THE RECEPTIONIST ALWAYS HAS A SMILE. MILDRED IS ALWAYS THERE TO ANSWER MY QUESTIONS - KNOW MATTER H0W WEIRD THEY ARE. IF SHE IS NOT AVAILABLE, SHE ALWAYS RETURNS MY MESSAGES. RACHEAL THE NUTRITIONIST WAS AWESOME!!!! SHE IS SO SWEET AND SHE NEVER MAKES ME FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE OR LESS OF A PERSON BECAUSE I HAVE A WEIGHT PROBLEM ( LIKE ALOT OF PEOPLE CAN DO) THE WHOLE OFFICE IS VERY SUPPORTIVE AND ALWAYS STRESS WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE, THE REASON BEHIND ALL OF THE TESTING ETC.., AND RISKS IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THE RULES.
OVERALL = A++++++
THE ONLY THING I WOULD LIKE WOULD BE MORE TIME TO SPEAK TO DR.HART ONE ON ONE IN THE BEGINING AND THROUGH THE PROCESS.
