Brian E. Lahmann Bariatric Surgeon

Dr. Lahmann is a soft-spoken caring man that makes you feel as if you are most important patient. He is easy going but very professional and meticulous. He will spend as much time with you as you need and explains every detail of the before and after. The office staff are very friendly and the aftercare is very structured and you are expected to participate. Your followup appointments are scheduled in conjunction with an educational seminar. I would recommend Dr. Lahmann to anyone! He's the best!

He is an excellent surgeon. He is very compassionate and knowledgable. Dr Lahman is a skillful surgeon who is precise and dilligent. He takes his care to the ultimate level. Dr Lahman performs each surgery with another top notch doc, Dr Joyce. Together the two make the best team around. I am very satisfied with their work and have no complaints.

When I first met Dr. Lahmann I thought "my goodness he is very yount". He is so empathetic and very thorough in his communications. He does not rush and gives plenty of time to ask questions. He is very kind and has a great bedside manner. His staff is caring and helpful. I always get to talk to someone who can answer my questions.

He gives each patient a large binder with pre-op through a year post-op. Everything is covered. He stresses that success depends on us to do our part with excercise and eating the recommended high protein diet.

I am scheduled for a meeting with other post-op patients and there are others scheduled. They give several choices of excercise programs in the binder.

Dr. Lahmann was very clear about the risks of the surgery, but his skill as a surgeon has shown no evidence of any in my instance.

Dr. Lahmann is very positive, encouraging, and I can't think of a better doctor in my past experience. He is great in his surgical competence and bedside manner!!

From the first time I met Dr. Lahmann at the first educational seminar, I felt totally comfortable with him..he was very detailed oriented at the seminar, giving and showing charts of the risk, and benefits of the surgery...When I went for my first consultation, I was very impressed with the office staff and Dr Lahmann...they were very compassionate to my needs, and gave me the guidence I needed to make an informed decision of having surgery...I have had my surgery, and I must say, Dr Lahmann never made me feel like I was just another patient, he has always made me feel special, letting me know he was just a phone call away for any problems that may arise or if I just needed to talk...I also liked the fact that both Dr Lahmann and his partner, Dr Joyce were both there for my operation....The office staff is fantastic, well educated and if I had a question, the returned phone call was within minutes with the answers...My overall rating of Dr Lahmann/Dr Joyce is excellent, along with their staff...There surgical competence, bedside manner is superb...I would and have already referred a prospective patient to their practice... Please note: these are my personal views based on my personal experience at the present time..I am 2 weeks post op...
