'My first impression was that Dr. Ferzli spent little time with me
Dr. Ferzli and his staff are wonderful. They were very helpful to me with all of my questions and concerns.
Laura Celardo - Giannone is the program Nutritionist and also leads the support group meetings. In my opinion, you couldn't ask for anyone better. She knows this program so well that there isn't a question you can ask that she doesn't have an answer for.
Thanks to Dr. Ferzli, his staff and Laura I am making a well informed life changing decision that will result in a healthy happy new me!!!!
I strongly feel that anyone considering Bariatric surgery should sit in on one of the support group meetings at Dr. Ferzli's office and see for themselves.
After initial consult Dr. Ferzli introduced himself and told me that once all the pre-op test are completed he will sit down with me and go into full details of what to expect before, during and after surgery. Dr. Ferzli and his staff are awesome. I was very well informed about surgery pre and post op. NO surprises. He has hands of gold. I have attended some post op group meetings and find them very helpful. Laura, Nutritionist is very helpful and always available. Debbie, who is the administrator in the office was invaluable during the insurance approval process. Thank you all!

both bedside manner just makes your confidence increase, it doesn't mean your surgeon is better!

NO NONSENSE,NOT MUCH BEDSIDE MANNER, AND HE EXPECTS A LOT FROM YOU.

HE REQUIRED ALOT MORE MEDICAL TESTS FOR ME , DUE TO MY PARTICULAR HEALTH PROBLEMS.SPEAKS IN ALOW VOICE AND A SLIGHT ACCENT , WHICH IS HARD FOR ME TO HEAR.HE HAS AN AFTERCARE PROGRAM ,BUT MY SPECIAL NEEDS WILL NOT LET ME PARTICIPATE DUE TO THE FACT, I LIVE A GREAT DISTANCE AWAY. BUT I HAVE FOUND SUPPRT GROUPS IN MY AREA TO WORK WITH.HE EXPLAINED FULLY THE RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH MY PARTICULAR SURGERY.
COMPETENCE IS UPPERMOST IN MY SELECTION OF SURGIONS.
I thought Dr.Ferzli was very helpful and

My impression of him only got better after each time I met with him
His office staff was also very helpful and considerate of me.
There was truthfully nothing I disliked about him.
I think he is one of the best surgeons I have ever met, not only did I go to him but atleast 4 other people I know used him and loved him.
His aftercare was fantastic, I did not feel well the first couple of days I was home and he actually took my home number and called me everyday on his own time to check up on me. I never met a doctor like him.
His after care program is also very good he has meetings once a month and you also follow up with him and your nutritionist every few weeks.
He told me there could be risks but he was confident in himself and did not think anything would go wrong.
I would give him a 100% I love Dr. Ferzli he helped change my life and was very friendly,understanding and an overall GREAT doctor I would not have changed a thing.
