I would recommend Doctor Ferzli to anyone who wants to jump start their life. The staff is so friendly and they help you every step of the way as long as you do your part. The support group meetings have really helped me understand post op life and how different eating will be. Overall, I would highly recommend Doctor Ferzli and his amazing staff to anyone wanting to lose weight with surgery.
Doctor Ferzli was welcoming and professional when I first met him. I would also describe him as friendly and attentive. The whole team has been supportive and there for me to follow up with. Overall, I find Doctor Ferzli and his staff to be caring and on top of things.
I had my surgery on July 19th (gastric bypass) All the doctors and nurses at Lutheran Hospital were great. They helped me with everything that I needed and explained everything that needed to be exlained.
Since my first meeting with Karen, the coordinator, everyone in this office has been great. I have received a lot of information and was able to decide on a surgery that I am 100% comfortable with. I think the support group meetings have been the most helpful and I plan on coming as often as I can. Everyone was very helpful getting all the paperwork ready. I love how every person I spoke to said that I am not alone in this. That made me feel so good going forward with this surgery. Thank you to them!
Dr. Ferzli made a great first imoression. He was very honest and caring. The best thing about him is his concern for his patients. I would highly recommend weight loss surgery as well as Dr. Ferzli. I felt confident. I would rate Dr. Ferzli 100%.
I have a friend who works at Lutheran Hospital and told me that Doctor Ferzli is "the best in the business" for what I want. The bariatric program at Lutheran emphasizes aftercare and the team is very helpful. I mainly worked with Karen, the coordinator, Lisa, my nutritionist, Christine in the office, and Doctor Saperstein.
Doctor Ferzli was very helpful because he explained the lap band in detail so that I was comfortable with my decision. There's a lot of aftercare with the program. All the staff (psychologist and nutritionists) were very helpful also.
Doctor Ferzli is my surgeon. He is very nice and upfront. He seems honest and I feel very comfortable with him.
I found Doctor Ferzli to be a very calm man and brilliant. He truly seems to have a passion for what he does. All the members of the team treat you like a family member. I think this program is exceptional.

I found the support groups to be interesting and they gave me advice to follow after surgery. I would recommend this program to everyone who is seeking weight loss surgery.
Doctor Ferzli seemed very compassionate. The whole office was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. It really seems that they emphasize aftercare and give you a bunch of information. I've been very satisfied so far.
