Dr. Ferzli is very professional. I like the program and the groups that are held are helpful.
Dr. Ferzli,at first, was a little intimidating. After a few minutes, I was very comfortable. He is kind and very blunt in delivering information. He answered all my questions and gave me a lot of information. The other members of the team were really nice and helpful as well. People in support groups are there for each other. All in all they are a great team to work with.
I was very impressed by Dr. Ferzli. He's good at what he does and his reputation is excellent. while it does take a while to get through all the requirements to have surgery, the staff is helpful as are the support groups.

I think this program explains everything very well. All the staff are very informative and I find them helpful.
The psychologist, nutritionists and office staff have all helped me. It's a huge decision to have weight loss surgery but everyone has been helpful so far.

Dr. Ferzli was stern when I met him. He took a lot of time to explain each surgery and addressed all questions I had. He seems to be compassionate towards his patients. The program is well coordinated; they explain all concerns that one would have. All the members of the team are helpful and willing to discuss any concerns of mine.
Dr. Ferzli is very knowledgeable. There is nothing I disliked about him. The process of getting prepared for surgery does take time; there are at least six months of consecutive weigh ins needed. The program emphasizes aftercare that lasts a lifetime. I found the coordinator, nutritionists and office staff very helpful. The groups are also very informative.
